This job was made for our Australian customer, The inner thread is really a big challenge,the unscrewing insert will need to be highly addressed, and fine work, the unscrewing system was a standard pattern that can be easily available in our local market, in the past time, all those components were have to be made to order, thanks to the rapid development of tooling industrial which allow us to ensure a faster delivery and quality guaranteed.

The most difficult phase is how to control the unscrewing travel distance, if it's over passed, the mold will be stuck and hard to release the sliders,even the switch is mounted, can't solve the problem easily.
